How to place an order:
Ordering on-line is easy with D + M SPORTS Ltd, simply enter the quantity against the item(s) you wish to purchase and press the "add to cart" tab. At any time you can view your shopping cart with full details and costs of your order. You can then add, delete or confirm items before moving to the secure checkout area. Instructions will guide you through the order payment process.
Alternatively you can order by telephone, making sure that you have your order information to hand together with your full credit card details.

Outside of normal shop opening hours and at weekends you can still call the above number and leave a message if there is no answer, your order or enquiry will be picked up and dealt with promptly.
We can also accept orders by fax, please make sure that your order details are clear, quoting description, item code and quantity required together with full address and payment method details.

We send all our orders by first class post or recorded delivery. Larger items will be despatched by courier.
Delivery Times:
We promise to deal with your order promptly and we will keep you advised of availability.
All "ex-stock" items should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
All other items we endeavour to deliver within 7 - 10 days. We will always keep you advised on progress of your order, and if there is an extended period of "out of stock" at the manufacturer we will try and offer you a suitable alternative. We will only do this with your prior approval.

Cheques are acceptable and should be issued in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank. All cheques should be made payable to "D + M SPORTS Ltd" and your home address and cheque card details shown on the reverse.
We prefer not to accept any cash through the post.
